RIO RANCHO CHAPTER ACTIVITIES
The Rio Rancho Chapter sponsors:
- care packages for individual service members;
- assistance for families left behind by Reservists and National Guard called to active duty, as well as regular active duty personnel;
- "welcome home" celebrations for returning service members;
- participation at area parades and events to provide continuing public awareness of our men and women in uniform;
- assistance to veterans' organizations and military hospitals;
- telephone calling minutes and airline miles to deployed troops and wounded service members;
- neck coolers for the troops in hot climates;
- hand and feet warmers for those in cold climates; and
